Why hello there!

I’m Rae (they/them), an upcoming graphic designer and visual artist from Melbourne/Naarm, Australia. I have recently finished a bachelor degree in design and visual communication, and I am looking to find work and clients that will compliment my skillset and/or interests. 

I’ve been a creative individual for as long as I can remember, picking up the pencils and crayons as a young child – being creative is something that just feels right to me and is a positive outlet for managing my mental health.

Experimentalism is a must for my creative process. I will try anything and everything once, regardless if I’m ‘good’ at it or not. However, I am partial to the following mediums and approaches: photomanipulation/editing, vectors, pencil/greylead, graphic markers, soft pastel, biro pens, and hand embroidery. 

In my spare time I’m a cat parent to a very quirky cat, I do livestreams, DJ, game, explore on long walks around my area, go to local gigs, laugh at memes, and strive to be the most overdressed person at the supermarket for no valid reason.
